Denny’s Uniforms’ managing director of the past 16 years, Nick Jubert, has bought the company.

Nick takes over the 170-year-old business after buying out the shareholding of the family who have owned it for the duration of Nick’s 16-year tenure at the company.

Despite the buy-out, Denny’s Uniforms will carry on exactly as it was, as Nick is hoping for a seamless change: “This exciting opportunity to streamline operations and continue our innovative designs through developing our brands Denny’s, Le Chef, AFD and Comfort Grip catering shoes feels right.

Over the years, we have built up reliable manufacturing partnerships and will continue to offer technical, leading-edge design and stock on demand. Dominic Green and I are looking forward to business as usual - with a renewed vigour.”
