Designed by fashion guru and cutting-edge Red or Dead founder Wayne Hemingway, the bold tangerine and acid green tops replace the dull aircrew outfits created by Bruce Oldfield in 2008. Out goes Oldfield’s mocha and chocolate brown gear and in comes a fresher image to give the restaurants a modern look. And in a first, Hemingway has consigned the traditional baseball cap to the fashion dustbin in favour of tighter fitting “jockey caps” with smaller peaks which are this season’s must-haves.
